73rd Annual Meeting News
DBSA President/CEO Peter Ashenden to Keynote Abraham Low Self-Help Systems Annual Meeting

Peter Ashenden, DBSA
Ashenden will speak about his personal journey of learning and living a recovery-oriented lifestyle from mental illness, while demonstrating important tools that help him continue on that path. He will also discuss ways in which anyone can solicit peers to take action and help build more and diverse support systems for people who want to chart their own paths to recovery. The keynote will provide a perfect starting point for the theme for the annual meeting, “The Power of Peers.”
The Abraham Low Self-Help Systems Annual Meeting is a celebration of mental health consumers who have charted their own paths to recovery using the organization’s self-help tools and peer-to-peer groups. The meeting is open to anyone and everyone whose lives are touched by mental health conditions, behavioral disorders, fear, stress or any other difficulties in life.
